I’ve spent the last 4 years directing marketing campaigns, launching online courses, and building an online business that would allow me the freedom to work from anywhere.

01. Liam

Liam is my shadow, my adventure buddy and my 5 year old. If you follow along on Instagram you know he’s the real star of the show over there and keeps us all laughing. I adore his love for the outdoors, the water, and his tender heart.

02. Smoothie Bowls & Sustainable Living

It’s no secret I’m kind of a health nut and my breakfast of choice is a brightly colored smoothie bowl. I love eating foods that fuel my body and I prefer gluten-free, dairy-free, and plastic free options whenever possible. I believe that taking care of our bodies and the planet is a lifestyle that can be adopted by anyone.

03. Adventure

Travel and adventure is my absolute favorite way to pass the day. Cliff jumping? Hiking? Paddle Boarding? I’m there! Discovering new countries and culture has brought me some incredible experiences and new friends.

04. Barre

Movement and exercise is a big part of my life and barre is my favorite workout! I was a dancer and an athlete growing up and I’ve found barre to be a great combination of a challenge and stress relief. While I enjoy the muscle tone it gives me, it’s the mental resilience that barre helps me develop that keeps me coming back for more.

05. The Beach

I think this one’s obvious! The ocean is my happy place and I joke that I’m solar powered. I thrive in places where the temperatures are warm and the sun shines brightly year round! While I’m actually from Utah, I’ve got big dreams of moving to Hawaii with Liam one day. I just can’t wait to see his little body on a surfboard in the turquoise water.
